The staff team and Board of Directors of Camp Holiday Trails work hard year-round to raise the funds needed to ensure every child can attend Camp, regardless of ability to pay. Camp Holiday Trails incurs a cost of approximately $2,500 per Camper for a two-week summer camp. The average each family can afford to pay is just $125.
We do not turn any family away based on ability to pay – our work is to make up the difference.
To receive financial assistance, families must provide proof of eligibility using our Campership Assistance form. On average, approximately 95% of our families require financial assistance. No child is turned away because of race, ethnicity, gender, or socioeconomic status. Over 85% of our Campers qualify for free and reduced lunch and we participate in the USDA Summer Meals for Reimbursement program.
We fundraise year-round to provide critical financial assistance to Campers with a special health need and financial hardship. The Cost of Camp…per 2 week session $2500
